The Woodford County Health Department offers both Private and VFC vaccines. We are able to bill several insurance companies as well as serve patients who do not have health insurance. Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program
The Vaccines For Children (VFC) program provides vaccines to children under age 19 who do not have health insurance, have health insurance that does not cover vaccines, or have Medicaid/Managed Care Title 19 insurance.
Available VFC vaccines:
• Meningitis B • Chickenpox (Varicella) • Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis (DTaP) • Haemophylus Influenza Type B (HIB) • Hepatitis A • Hepatitis B • Gardasil 9 (HPV vaccine) • Influenza • Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) • Meningococcal (MVC4) • Pneumonia (Prevnar 13) • Polio • Tetanus, Diptheria, and Pertussis (TDaP)
*Quadracel, Kinrix, Pediarix, Pentacel, and Proquad combination vaccines are available.
VFC vaccines are $23 per vaccine for those who do not have Medicaid/Managed Care Title 19.
Check or cash payments only - credit/debit cards are not accepted.
The Woodford County Health Department offers vaccines to patients with private insurance who are ages 4 and up. The Health Department is able to bill several insurance companies for private vaccines. These vaccines are also available to patients ages 19 and up who do not have health insurance.
